3. School Responsibility
Schools using Upschool are responsible for:
- managing access for authorised staff
- ensuring content published on their website is accurate
- setting prices, products and activities offered through the online store
- managing refunds or payment disputes with parents or caregivers
Upschool acts as a technology provider supporting the school.
4. Parent and Caregiver Use
Parents and caregivers may access Upschool services to interact with their school, including making payments or viewing school information.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- use the platform only for legitimate school purposes
- not attempt to misuse or disrupt the system
5. Student Information
Upschool does not publicly display student information.
Where integrations with school systems such as Hero are used:
- student information is only visible to authorised users
